We would like to invite all English-speaking coaches ICF CZ/SK to its next session: "Values in Coaching".

Gavin Flook will present how he use values as a way to get to know his clients and for them to get to know themselves. We believe this is quite a common topic in coaching conversations and that this will generate discussion and questions, which will enable participants to practice and extend our own vocabulary for when we coach in English.

Gavin says: "I see values as more than an assessment or measurement of where the client is currently. I work with my clients to see how their values profile is influenced by their experience and I give them a language and structure to explore how values can develop and become more complex as people (or organisations, societies etc.) mature. Clients see how values are dynamic, not static, and how they can be developed, used to better understand others and called upon according to what different situations require.
